We are searching for a qualified HR assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. Reporting to the HR manager, the assistant will help with payroll, recruiting, scheduling, and training tasks. The assistant will also act as the primary liaison between the department and other employees. Requirements
Performance Evaluations- Can handle all day to day HR related activities.
Recruitment. Joining Formalities. Induction Program. Time Office and Attendance. Payroll. Maintaining Employee data. Preparing Reports. Other Generalistic Role
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions. Paying employees by calculating pay; maintaining records.
Must be proactive well versed with advance excel & word & good command on English language.
Accomplishing human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Maintaining human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
